YogaBeez covers a full curriculum that stimulates your child's development - emotionally, spiritually, physically, intellectually and socially.
YogaBeez also works beautifully with children who have learning difficulties or special needs. Especially beneficial for ADD, ADHD, Autism and Dispraxia, allowing the child to explore movement in a non-competative, relaxed and joyful way.

1. Sitting cross-legged or Half Lotus, Chimes, 3 x Inhalation and Exhalation

2. Introduce the Theme – To introduce continents and places around the world – looking at different languages, foods, instruments, animals, landmarks etc. Also bringing in different modes of transport.
3. Name Game. Have children introduce themselves and say a country that they have visited on a holiday.
4. Sun Salutations / Dance for the Sun
